Certified RadaLink® Testing equipment is used to determine levels of radon inside your home, quickly and accurately. Radon has been found in elevated levels in homes in every state. No area of the country is free from risk. Indeed, two homes right next to each other can have vastly different radon levels. Just because your neighbor’s house does not have an elevated level of radon does not mean that your house will have a low radon level.

Elevation Level Survey

Home Inspections Done Right

One of the most important components of your home is the foundation. Without a solid foundation numerous problems can occur to the rest of the structure. That is why I believe it is very important to perform an Elevation Level Survey. I use an electronic water level meter to check the levelness of the main floor of your home. I then generate a report using the footprint of your home to show the elevation changes. This will show settling of the foundations or sagging of the structural components.
