During a Home Inspection there are many aspects of the home that are

inspected, including but not limited to:

 

 

	Structure: Basement, crawlspace, foundation, visible structural components, water penetration.		Roofing: Chimney, Roof penetrations, gutters, downspouts, and flashings.
	Exterior: Siding, eaves, trim, doors, windows, steps, porches, decks, patios, garage, and fencing.		Interior: Condition of walls, ceilings, floors, doors & windows.
	Electrical: Service, main panel, breakers, fuses, wiring, outlets & switches.		Appliances: All built-in units for proper operation.
	Insulation/Ventilation: Attic, insulation levels, proper ventilation and exhaust venting.		Plumbing: Water heater condition and function. Piping/drainage condition and function, fixtures.
	Cooling: Condition and operation.		Heating: Proper operation, need of service, ducting, flue piping, & fireplace
