One of the most important components of your

home is the foundation. Without a solid foundation

numerous problems can occur to the rest of the

structure. That is why I believe it is very

important to perform an Elevation Level Survey.

 

How do you test it?

 

I use an electronic water level meter to check the

levelness of the main floor of your home. I then

generate a report using the footprint of your home

to show the elevation changes. This will show

settling of the foundations or sagging of the

structural components.
